New victim (not corona) among the Gas boilers due to the lack of anti corrosion inhibitor in the system.
The heat exchanger has been corroded. Without inhibitor the corrosion will occur naturally in central heating systems and the consequences when boilers fail is both disruptive and costly for propety owners and FMs poses major problems for installers.
Always use the corrosion inhibitor!
